Nobody is looking after my site
Most small business sites go months without a backup or an update. Nothing feels wrong, until one day it is, and by then it’s a bigger, more expensive problem. Maintenance is quietly making sure that day never comes.
No backups
If something breaks or gets hacked, there’s nothing to restore from. You start again.
Out of date
Old plugins and core are the most common way sites get slow, broken or hacked.
Nobody watching
Problems sit unnoticed for weeks, right up until a customer tells you it’s down.
the care plan
One plan. Everything looked after
No tiers to decode, no upsells. One straightforward plan that keeps your site backed up, updated, secure and cared for.

why me
Why a person, not just a plugin
A plugin can run an update. It can’t tell you when one has quietly broken your checkout.
i.
Updates get checked, not just clicked
Automatic updates fail silently all the time. I apply them, then actually look at your site afterwards to make sure nothing broke.
ii.
A backup you can count on
I take one before I touch anything, and I know it works, because a backup you’ve never tested isn’t really a backup.
iii.
Judgement a plugin doesn’t have
I know which plugins cause trouble, what’s safe to update and what needs care. That’s the difference between a tool and a person.
iv.
You can just ask
Need a price changed or a photo swapped? Message me. No dashboard to learn, no ticket to raise. It’s part of the plan.

No. I look after sites built by all sorts of people, including ones whose original developer is long gone. As long as it’s WordPress, I can take it on. I’ll do a first once-over to get it into good shape, then keep it there.
Small changes: updating text, swapping an image, adding a page section, tweaking a price, fixing a small niggle. Anything that fits comfortably in the time. Bigger pieces of work are quoted separately, and as a plan client you get priority and a friendly rate.
It keeps the admin light for both of us, one simple payment of £270 every three months rather than chasing a small amount each month. It’s still £90 a month, and there’s no lock-in. If you’d rather stop, you stop at the end of the quarter.
The plan is about prevention, and it makes that far less likely. If the worst does happen, plan clients get priority and I already have your backups to hand, so recovery is quicker. The rescue work itself is a separate job, but you’re in a much stronger position to start from.
No lock-in. It runs quarter to quarter and you can cancel any time before the next one starts. Your site, your hosting and your logins stay yours throughout, exactly as they should.
hand it over
Stop worrying about it
Let me quietly keep your site backed up, updated and safe for £90 a month. Send me a message and I’ll take it from here. No lock-in, cancel any time.
